Lucky Investments Limited Copyright Registration Notice for “Invest with Trust”

Lucky Investments Limited, Ground Floor, Block C, Finance & Trade Center (FTC), Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, Pakistan, has applied to the Central Copyright Office, Government of Pakistan, Karachi, for registration of the artistic work/logo “Invest with Trust” on June 9, 2026.

This public notice is issued under the proviso of Sub-Section (2) of Section 39 of the Copyright Ordinance, 1962.

Any person or authority having a claim, right, lien or objection should submit an objection in writing within one month of publication of this notice to the Registrar, Intellectual Property Organization, Copyright Office, Government of Pakistan, Plot No. CD-3, 3rd Floor, IP-House, Behind KDA, Civic Center, Block 14, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.

The applicant is represented by Ali & Associates, advocates and legal consultants, trademark, copyright and patent attorneys, established in 1972.
