Jehan Products Copyright Registration Notice for JEHAN Label Design

Jehan Products (Private) Limited, Suite No. 312, Al Sehat Building, Karachi, Pakistan, has applied for registration of the artistic work and label design “JEHAN” at the Central Copyright Office, Government of Pakistan, Karachi, on September 18, 2026. The design features the JEHAN name and a steaming cup.

This public notice is issued under the proviso to Sub-section (1) of Section 39 of the Copyright Ordinance, 1962.

Any person or authority having a claim, right, lien or objection should submit an objection in writing within one month of publication of this notice to the Registrar of Intellectual Property Organization, Copyright Office, Government of Pakistan, Plot No. CD-3, 3rd Floor, IP-House, Behind KDA, Civic Center, Block-14, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
