The Searle Company Limited Final Cash Dividend D-29 Payment Notice

The Searle Company Limited announces that its final cash dividend (D-29) of 10%, equivalent to Rs. 1 per share, for the financial year ended June 30, 2022, was credited on October 30, 2022, to shareholders’ designated bank accounts through electronic bank transfer.

Under Section 242 of the Companies Act, 2017, and the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017, the company has withheld dividend payments to shareholders who have not furnished their International Bank Account Number (IBAN).

Shareholders holding shares electronically should submit their IBAN details to their respective CDC participant or Investor Account Services. Shareholders holding physical shares should submit their IBAN details to the company’s share registrar, CDC Share Registrar Services Limited. The withheld dividend can then be transferred directly to their designated bank accounts through electronic bank transfer.
