Premier Insurance Limited Rights Issue 2026: Subscription and Payment Schedule

Premier Insurance Limited has announced a rights issue of 20,226,042 ordinary shares at Rs. 10 per share, without premium, in the ratio of 40 right shares for every 100 existing shares. Entitlement is based on shareholders’ holdings at the close of business on 26 October 2026. The announcement of the rights issue was made on 28 October 2026, and the rights issue documents were dispatched on 30 October 2026.

CDC account holders should obtain the subscription form through their CDC participant or broker. CDC investor account holders should obtain it through CDC Investor Account Services. The completed subscription form must be submitted to a designated bank branch with the subscription payment.

Holders of physical letters of rights should complete Part A of the letter and submit it with payment to a designated bank branch. Where applicable, the relevant R or RR documents must accompany the subscription.

Payment may be made by cheque, pay order or bank draft in favour of Premier Insurance Limited’s right shares subscription account. Subscription payments must be received by 19 November 2026.
