NUST Prequalification and Invitation to Bid for E&M Works – Framework Agreement

The Works Directorate, National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST), invites national contractors to apply for prequalification for subsequent invitations to bid for electrical and mechanical (E&M) works under a closed framework agreement. The agreement will be signed with the successful bidder or bidders for 12 months following completion of the bidding process. Only prequalified applicants will be eligible to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings. EPADS reference number: FFW10785.

The prequalification process is open to all national applicants who meet the eligibility requirements in the prequalification documents. All applications and electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0. Manual applications will not be accepted.

If a public holiday falls on the submission or opening date, bids will be received or opened on the next working day at the same time and venue. A Grievance Redressal Committee has been notified under Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004; its details are available on the procuring agency's and PPRA's websites. NUST reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
