Bahria University Islamabad Tender for Air Conditioners and Single-Bed Mattresses

Bahria University Islamabad Campus invites bids through E-PADS from income tax and sales tax registered firms for the purchase and installation of air conditioners and mattresses. The single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure will apply.

Eligibility: Bidding firms must have at least five years of experience in the relevant business.

Tender documents: Documents may be obtained from E-PADS or the Bahria University Procurement Office after publication of the tender notice, during office hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. A non-refundable cash fee of Rs. 5,000 applies.

Submission: Bids will be accepted only through E-PADS. Interested firms may upload their bids until 11:00 AM on 16 November 2026. Hard copies of the uploaded documents and the original bid security must be deposited at the Procurement Office before 16 November 2026.

Opening: Tenders will be opened on 16 November 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

The University may reject all bids or proposals at any time before acceptance. Upon request, it will communicate the grounds for rejection to a supplier or contractor that submitted a bid or proposal, but it is not required to justify those grounds.
