CDA E-Bids for Marble Grinding and Polishing at Supreme Court Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids under the single-stage, two-envelope procedure for marble grinding and polishing at the Supreme Court Building, Islamabad. Reputable firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-5 or above, with valid registration in the relevant codes, may participate subject to the eligibility and qualification requirements in the bidding documents.

Electronic bidding documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available to registered bidders through E-PADS at http://epads.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk.

Bids must include bid security in the form of a pay order or call deposit receipt in favour of the Deputy Director, Maintenance Division-III, CDA. Bidders must upload a PDF copy of the bid security to E-PADS and deliver the original to the office of the Deputy Director, Maintenance Division-III, CDA, three days before bid submission. Bids without timely submission of the original bid security are liable to rejection.

Technical bids must be submitted online through E-PADS at http://epads.gov.pk, following the bidding document instructions, by November 20, 2026, at 2:30 PM. Manual bids will not be entertained.

Where the total bid amount is less than 10% below the NIT amount, the bidder must submit a call deposit as performance security equal to the difference between the NIT amount and the total quoted amount, less 10% of the NIT amount. This call deposit must be presented at bid opening; bids without the required performance security will be rejected.

Electronic bids will be opened publicly through E-PADS on November 20, 2026, at 3:00 PM, in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders’ authorised representatives who choose to attend. The opening session will take place at the office of the Director Maintenance, CDA, Block E, Old Naval Headquarters, G-6 Markaz, Islamabad.

The notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee constituted under Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, is available on E-PADS at http://epads.gov.pk. Project-related information may be obtained from the office of the Deputy Director, Maintenance-III, CDA.
