The Office of the Medical Superintendent, Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi, invites e-procurement bids for the repair of biomedical equipment for financial year 2026–27. Tender reference: F.PC/2026-27/BBH/3353, dated 26 October 2026.
Firms must have relevant experience and be registered with GST, PST, Income Tax and E-PAD. The detailed scope of work is included in the bidding documents.

Bid security equal to 2% of the total tender value is mandatory, in the form of a call deposit receipt or bank guarantee in the name of the Medical Superintendent, Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi.
Bidding documents can be downloaded free of charge from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-procurement system by 18 November 2026 at 10:30 a.m. Bids will be opened through the same system at 11:00 a.m. on 18 November 2026. Hard copies of bids are not required.
The Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure will apply under PPRA rules. All assessments and procurement procedures will be governed by PPRA rules and the Punjab e-procurement system. Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi, will not be responsible for bidders' costs or expenses relating to preparation, delivery or electronic submission of bids.

The contractor must provide a one-year warranty covering complete overhauling, repair work and all spare parts.
