NLC Tender 40/2026 for Sale of 112,719 Litres of Used Engine Oil

National Logistics Corporation (NLC) invites sealed tenders from firms registered with the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources for the purchase of used engine oil under Tender No. 40/Used Engine Oil/2026.

Tenders must be submitted by 11:30 AM on 18 November 2026. Bids will be opened at 12:00 noon the same day at Support Branch (transport and procurement), HQ NLC, Harding Road, Rawalpindi, in the presence of representatives of participating firms. Only firms registered with the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources may participate. Documentary evidence must accompany the bid.

The tender must include a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 and refundable bid security of Rs. 300,000. Participating firms must also be registered with the Sales Tax Department and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayer List.

Bidding documents, terms and conditions, and details of the quantity of used oil may be downloaded from www.nlc.com.pk. NLC reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time before acceptance.
