MDA Public Notice for Cnergyico Petrol Pump NOC at Shah Mureed, Malir

The Directorate of Town Planning, Malir Development Authority (MDA), invites public objections concerning the issuance of a No Objection Certificate for installation of a petrol pump by M/s Cnergyico PK Limited, operating as Shah Mureed Petroleum Service, on 1,580 square yards of land at Survey No. 420/4, Deh and Tapo Shah Mureed, Taluka Shah Mureed, District Malir.

The Deputy Commissioner, District Malir, Karachi, has confirmed and forwarded the ownership title in favour of Imdad Hussain. The matter was referred to the Director General, MDA, through letter No. DC/Malir/K/Jud.Br-1107/2026, dated June 16, 2026, for approval of the layout plan from the planning point of view only.

This public notice is issued under the Malir Development Authority Act 1993–94, the Revival and Amending Act 2013, and Clause 15.5.2 of the Malir Development Authority Town Planning Regulations 2015.

Any concerned person or organization having objections may submit them directly to the Director General, MDA; Director, Estate and Enforcement; or Director, Town Planning Department, MDA, at G-4/B, Block 17, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, within seven working days from publication of this notice. Objections received after expiry of this period will not be entertained.
