District Health Officer Shaheed Benazirabad Tender for Medical Equipment and Furniture

The Office of the District Health Officer, District Shaheed Benazirabad, invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) for the supply of medical equipment, machinery, instruments, furniture and fixtures under ADP Scheme No. 888, upgrading BHU to RHC Bucheri, Taluka Daur, District Shaheed Benazirabad, and SNE for financial years 2026–27 and 2027–28.

Eligible suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors must be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR or SRB, whichever applies. Procurement will follow Rule 46(2), Single Stage–Two Envelopes Procedure.

Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be viewed or downloaded at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/. Interested bidders must register at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration to submit electronic bids. Bids must be prepared according to the instructions in the bidding documents and submitted through EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted.

The original tender-fee instrument and the fixed bid security for the quoted items must reach the procuring agency before the electronic bid submission deadline.

If the government announces a public holiday or unfavorable circumstances arise, bid submission and opening will take place on the next working day at the same venue and times. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids under the relevant provisions of SPP Rules 2010.
