The Office of the Executive Director, Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN), Government of Sindh, Karachi, invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from eligible bidders for services at SICHN sites for fiscal year 2026–27. Procurement will be conducted under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010, amended in 2019.

Tender fee: Rs. 5,000, non-refundable. Interested bidders must submit a written application and deposit the fee in cash into the Sindh Bank account in favour of “Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN).” The paid deposit slip must be submitted at the First Floor, Plot Nos. 354 & 356 JM, near People's Secretariat Chowrangi, Jamshed Quarters, Karachi. Office hours for this purpose are 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding Sundays and holidays, with the final cutoff at 10:00 a.m. on 17 November 2026.

Bid security must be furnished as a bank draft, pay order or call deposit in the name of Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN) and must reach the institute before the e-bid submission deadline.
The Procurement Committee of SICHN reserves the right to postpone, accept or reject any or all bids under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010, amended in 2019. If the government announces a public holiday on the scheduled date, tender submission and opening will take place on the next working day. All NITs shall include applicable government taxes, including Professional Tax, GST, SRB and other applicable taxes.
