Punjab Institute of Cardiology Lahore Annual Tender 2026–2027 for Medicines and Disposables

Punjab Institute of Cardiology, Lahore invites electronic bids from well-reputed firms for its annual procurement for financial year 2026–2027 under the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014.

Tender documents can be downloaded from the PPRA website and the E-PADS portal. Interested firms must submit their bids electronically through the E-PAD portal. Tenders will be opened publicly according to the schedule above.

Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost, in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or bank guarantee, is mandatory. It must be submitted to the Purchase Section at least 30 minutes before the tender opening time. Failure to submit the original bid security within the stipulated time will result in outright rejection of the tender offer.

The procuring agency reserves the right to cancel the procurement process at any stage due to non-availability or insufficient allocation of required funds, without incurring liability towards participating bidders. Depending on the availability of funds, the agency also reserves the right to modify item quantities strictly in accordance with the relevant provisions of PPRA Rules 2014.
