Pakistan Machine Tool Factory Karachi Jobs – Head of Sales & Marketing

Pakistan Machine Tool Factory (PMTF) invites applications from accomplished, visionary and result-oriented professionals for the Karachi-based position of Head of Sales & Marketing to lead the company's sales and marketing function.

Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a relevant discipline is required. A master's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field will be preferred.

Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience, including substantial experience in sales, marketing and business development, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, industrial products, automotive, machinery or defence-related industries.

Key responsibilities: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans. Identify and develop new business opportunities in defence, industrial engineering, automotive, machinery, tooling and other relevant market segments. Build strong relationships with government departments, public-sector organizations, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), industrial customers, distributors and strategic business partners.

Lead business development initiatives, customer engagement, tender participation and preparation of competitive commercial proposals. Develop and manage the sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, annual sales budgets and performance targets. Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis and customer needs assessments to identify emerging opportunities. Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Represent PMTF in business meetings, industry forums, exhibitions and customer engagements.
