Mukhtiarkar Tando Ghulam Hyder Notice for Rewriting Land Records of Deh Unerki

The Office of the Mukhtiarkar (Revenue), Taluka Tando Ghulam Hyder, District Tando Muhammad Khan, Government of Sindh, announces the special rewriting, correction and verification of the Record of Rights for Deh Unerki. Public Notice Dispatch No. 492 is dated 30 October 2026.

The notice explains that the previous settlement and verification of the Record of Rights in Sindh was undertaken during 1985–1986 under Section 40 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967, and that no comparable exercise had subsequently been undertaken. The Board of Revenue, Sindh, has initiated special rewriting to improve the accuracy of land records, correct errors, maintain the integrity of ownership information and make standardized records accessible through computer technology.

The exercise concerns landowners and other persons holding or claiming rights or interests in land situated in Deh Unerki, Taluka Tando Ghulam Hyder. Correction and verification are to follow the relevant sanctioned land records and Village Forms VII-A and VII-B.

The Mukhtiarkar publishes the Deh Form VII Register of Record of Rights and Mutations, Part A, for Deh Unerki. The entries identify landholders and their recorded interests, including rights arising through partition, inheritance, registered deeds and mortgage transactions. They also identify the relevant survey numbers, land areas and assessment particulars.

Any person having or claiming an interest in the published land entries may approach the office of the Assistant Commissioner/Mukhtiarkar, Taluka Tando Ghulam Hyder, within 15 days of publication of this notification regarding correction of the recorded particulars. Corrections are to be considered in accordance with the existing land record.
