Pakland Holding Logo Copyright Registration and Objection Notice

Under the proviso to Sub-Section (2) of Section 39 of the Copyright Ordinance, 1962, the general public and all concerned persons are informed that Pakland Builders, 1303, Pakland Tower-2, F-9/G-9 New Blue Area, Islamabad, Pakistan, applied for registration of the artistic work/logo “PAKLAND HOLDING” at the Central Copyright Office, Government of Pakistan, Karachi, on July 6, 2026.

Any person or authority having a claim, right, lien or objection should file an objection in writing within one month of publication of this notice. Objections should be submitted to the Registrar of Intellectual Property Organization, Copyright Office, Government of Pakistan, Plot No. CD-3, 3rd Floor, IP-House, behind KDA Civic Center, Block-14, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
