District Health Officer Larkana Tender for BHU and RHC Repairs and Upgradation

The District Health Officer, District Larkana, invites electronic tenders for repair and upgradation works at Basic Health Units (BHUs) and Rural Health Centres (RHCs) for the financial years 2026–27 and 2027–28. Interested suppliers, firms and contractors must submit their bids through the Electronic Pakistan Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). The procurement is governed by Rule 46(2) of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules.

Manually submitted bids will not be accepted. Suppliers must register at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration to participate.

Submission deadline: 30 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Bids must be submitted through EPADS in accordance with the bidding documents. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 is payable by pay order or demand draft.

Bid opening: 30 November 2026 at 11:30 a.m., in the presence of participating bidders, at Jinnah Sindh Medical University (JSMU), Karachi.

Participating firms, contractors and suppliers must fulfil the eligibility requirements in the tender documents and upload the required supporting documents through EPADS. The procuring agency may accept or reject any or all bids under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010.
