Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for non-consultancy services for Digital Transformation and an Integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System in PCAA. The EPADS 2.0 procurement reference number is P177348.
The procurement will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026, and applicable regulations and instructions issued by the Authority from time to time.

PCAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
