PKLI Lahore Tender for Network Monitoring System SLA – PRO-114-2026

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC), Lahore, invites electronic bids for a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for its Network Monitoring System (NMS), reference PRO-114-2026. Eligible manufacturers, distributors, partners and service providers in Pakistan registered with the income tax and sales tax departments or authorities may participate. Procurement will follow the single-stage, single-envelope bidding procedure under PPRA 2014.

Bidding documents, including detailed specifications, are available free of cost at https://pkli.org.pk/tenders/. The tender notice can also be accessed through www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://epp.punjab.gov.pk/. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication.

Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://epp.punjab.gov.pk/ by 18 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Hard copies of electronic bids are not required. The procuring agency will not be responsible for a firm's failure to submit an electronic bid due to technical errors or internet failure.

Each bid must include bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount, submitted electronically through Punjab e-PS in the manner prescribed by PITB/Punjab e-Procurement. Physical financial instruments, including CDRs and bank guarantees, will not be accepted. Proof of bid security must be attached to the bid.

Bids will be opened on 18 November 2026 at 11:30 AM at the address below, in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Bids must remain valid for 180 days from the opening date.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 3 November 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Supply Chain Conference Hall. If the submission date falls on an official holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date.

Eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Supply Chain Department, PKLI&RC, from the publication date during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. PKLI&RC will not bear any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in preparing, delivering or electronically submitting bids. Procurement will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, and the Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
