Submission and Opening
Submit tenders online through Punjab's E-Procurement system by 1:30 PM on 21 November 2026. Tenders delivered by hand, post or courier will not be accepted. Bids will be opened at 2:00 PM on the same day in the presence of participating firms or their representatives.
Bidders must upload bid security equal to 5% of the estimated price through the E-Procurement portal. Procurement will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The Secretary of the Board reserves the right to reject tenders under Rule 35.
