Punjab School Education e-Bids for Dangerous Classroom Reconstruction in Central Zone

The Project Director, Strategic Management Unit, School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-procurement system from firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category of works.

Complete electronic technical and financial bids must be submitted through https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Clause 38 of the PPRA Rules 2014, as amended from time to time.

Bidding documents are also available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/activetenders.aspx. The authority’s website is www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. The response period will be calculated exclusively from the publication date on the authority’s website, which is 30 October 2026.

The work will be awarded to the lowest bidder after correction of arithmetic errors. Where an item amount differs from the quoted unit rate, the bidder’s unit rate will prevail and the total bid amount will be corrected accordingly.

All electronic bids must be accompanied by bid security submitted online through the Punjab e-procurement system in accordance with the Government of Punjab’s standing instructions, in favour of the Project Director, Strategic Management Unit, School Education Department, Government of the Punjab. An electronic copy of the bid security must accompany the bid on or before the submission deadline.
