ICT Labour Welfare Department Islamabad Firm Pre-Qualification for FY 2026–27

The Government of Pakistan, Office of the Chief Commissioner, Directorate of Industries & Labour Welfare, Labour Welfare Department, ICT Islamabad (ID-1453 & ID-1440), invites sealed technical bids for the pre-qualification of suppliers and contractors for supply, repair and maintenance services. Eligible firms must have established state-of-the-art workshops in Islamabad with skilled manpower.

The agreement will cover financial year 2026–27 and may be extended for up to three years based on satisfactory performance. Services will be procured as required through requests for quotations (RFQ) or a single quotation, as applicable, under PPRA Rules 2004.

Interested vendors must be duly registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and active on the Sales Tax and Income Tax lists. Proposals must be submitted in a single envelope to the office of the Labour & Industries & Mineral Development Department, Islamabad, Government of Pakistan, before the submission deadline.

Tender documents may be collected from the General Branch of the Labour & Industries & Mineral Development Department. Bidders must submit their bids and duly signed and stamped documents, together with a covering letter on the firm's or company's letterhead, to the department by 18 November 2026 at 2:00 PM. Terms and conditions may be obtained from the office of the undersigned.

Sealed profiles and technical bids for pre-qualification will be opened in the same office on 23 November 2026 at 2:00 PM, in the presence of representatives of participating firms.

The office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any stage of the pre-qualification process in accordance with PPRA rules and regulations.
