Food Court Contract Auction at Sahulat Bazaar Taunsa Sharif

The Punjab Sahulat Bazaars Authority, Government of Punjab, invites participation in a public auction for the food court contract at Sahulat Bazaar, Taunsa Sharif.

Applicants must pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 1,500 together with the security deposit through an online PSID payment. Contact the focal person at Sahulat Bazaar, Taunsa Sharif, to obtain the PSID.

Submit applications at Sahulat Bazaar, Taunsa Sharif, by 19 November 2026. The original payment receipt must accompany the application.

The authority may cancel the auction at any stage without assigning a reason. The successful bidder may be awarded the entire food court or a portion of it. The successful bidder must execute the required agreement on stamp paper and comply with its conditions.

Security deposits of unsuccessful bidders will be transferred to their accounts within 30 days. The authority retains the right to cancel the auction, and its decision in any dispute will be final. If the auction does not take place on the scheduled date, it will be held the following day at the same time.

Applicants must have experience in the food business. The successful bidder must make the food court operational within one month and operate it in accordance with the authority's standard operating procedures. Further terms and conditions may be obtained from the office.
