Khyber Teaching Hospital Peshawar EPADS Tenders for IT Equipment, IP Telephony and Triage Establishment

Khyber Teaching Hospital, Medical Teaching Institution (MTI), Peshawar invites bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the following procurement packages. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, appear on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and be registered on EPADS.

Tenders must conform to hospital specifications. Quoting two rates for one item will not be accepted, and conditional bids will not be accepted.

Each bid must be accompanied by a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2,000 in favour of KTH Fund Account, Bank of Khyber (BOK), account number PK15KHYB0121003003116602. The tender fee and original CDR must reach the Diary and Dispatch Section, MTI-KTH, on or before the relevant bid submission date and time; otherwise, the bid will be considered non-responsive.

Bid security must be submitted from the account of the bidding firm or contractor in favour of the Hospital Director, Khyber Teaching Hospital, Medical Teaching Institution, Peshawar. Only CDR bid security will be accepted; pay orders will not be accepted.

Tenders will be submitted and processed through EPADS. Bidders must also be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) wherever registration is mandatory under its rules. Documents will not be entertained after bid submission.

Bidders quoting more than 10% below the engineer's estimate must submit additional bid security with their bids in accordance with KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O. (14), Vol:1-24/2021-22, dated 10 May 2022, serial number 03. Project completion time will be governed by the work order issued under serial number 03.

Successful contractors or vendors will be liable to pay all applicable government taxes. If a bid opening date falls on a public holiday, opening will take place on the next working day at the same time and venue. The competent authority reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 47 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Procurement Rules, 2014.
