PHSA Peshawar Pre-Qualification of Booksellers and Suppliers for FY 2026-27

The Provincial Health Services Academy (PHSA), Health Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites applications through the Electronic Public Procurement System (e-PADS) for the pre-qualification of reputable and eligible booksellers and suppliers. Applicants must have the requisite legal status, relevant experience, financial capacity, and ability to supply books and ancillary literary material in accordance with the approved Pre-Qualification Document.

The pre-qualification will facilitate procurement for PHSA’s ongoing ADP and Non-ADP schemes and projects during FY 2026-27 and onward. These include the Non-ADP scheme titled “Establishment of Government College of Nursing in the Existing Building of Regional Professional Development Center (Female), Jamrud, District Khyber.”

Interested applicants must submit their applications online through e-PADS, supported by all mandatory documents required in the Pre-Qualification Document.

Applications will be opened publicly in accordance with applicable procurement rules and the e-PADS procedure at the office of the Director General / Project Director, Academic Block, PHSA, Peshawar. Applicants or their authorized representatives may attend.

The pre-qualification evaluation report, identifying pre-qualified and disqualified applicants, will be published on e-PADS and relevant official websites in accordance with applicable rules. Results will also be communicated to applicants as prescribed.
