Punjab Police Prequalification for Toyota Land Cruiser LC300 Supply FY 2026–27

The Police Department, Government of the Punjab, invites prequalification applications from eligible firms and companies for the supply of Toyota Land Cruiser LC300 vehicles with 3.5L petrol engines for Punjab Police during financial year 2026–27.

Applicants must be registered with the tax departments and hold valid, active NTN and GST numbers. Firms and companies registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System are eligible to participate in the prequalification process.

Prequalification documents can be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk, the Punjab Police website at https://punjabpolice.gov.pk, and the Punjab PPRA website at http://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.

Applicants must prepare and submit their applications, together with all relevant documents required by the prequalification documents, through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Applications should be uploaded well before the submission deadline rather than waiting until the final date and time. Responsibility for submission through the system rests entirely with the applicant firm or company.

Submission deadline: 19 November 2026 at 12:00 noon. Applications will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day.

The Police Department will not be responsible for any costs incurred in submitting documents and reserves the right to cancel the shortlisting process at any time. The PPRA tender webpage is https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/NewTender.aspx. The response period will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
