District Judiciary Khyber Jobs 2026 – Process Server and Support Staff Vacancies

The Office of the Senior Civil Judge, District Khyber, invites applications from candidates holding a District Khyber domicile for the following vacancies.

Process Server applications: Apply online through ETEA at www.etea.edu.pk. Online applications open on November 10, 2026, and close on December 10, 2026.

Before depositing the application fee, applicants must verify their CNIC through NADRA E-Sahulat. Create an ETEA profile, obtain the verification token and complete verification at an E-Sahulat outlet. Applications cannot proceed without this verification.

After submitting the online application, obtain the generated deposit slip containing the application details. Pay the prescribed fee through a UBL branch or the supported Easypaisa, JazzCash or OneLink payment channels. Keep the original payment receipt safely and do not share it with anyone.

Do not send documents to ETEA when applying online. Candidates shortlisted following the screening process will be required to produce their documents for scrutiny. Permission to take the screening test does not establish final eligibility; candidates failing to meet the requirements may be excluded at a later stage.

ETEA will notify candidates by SMS when roll-number slips are available. Download the slip from www.etea.edu.pk for the test date, time and examination centre. Keep the mobile number supplied in the application active and avoid changing or porting it to another network. Separate postal test call letters will not be issued.

Applications for Chowkidar, Naib Qasid, Sweeper and Gardener: Submit applications with the required supporting documents to the District Khyber Judicial Complex. Application information is available at www.khyberdc.peshawarhighcourt.gov.pk and may also be obtained from the district judiciary office during office hours.

Selection and service conditions: Shortlisted Process Server applicants will be called for interview following the ETEA screening process. Selection for the remaining posts will be conducted through the departmental selection committee. Recruitment to posts numbered 2–5 will be under the applicable government policy for contingency-paid wages.

Age and eligibility will be assessed against the application closing date. Required educational qualifications must be completed by that date. Age relaxation will be governed by the applicable government rules. Employees of government, semi-government and autonomous institutions must apply through the proper channel and provide a departmental No Objection Certificate.

Educational credentials must be issued by recognized institutions and relevant boards. Candidates holding foreign qualifications must provide an equivalence certificate from the Higher Education Commission. Incomplete applications and applications received after the deadline will not be entertained. The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased. No travelling or daily allowance will be paid for participation in the recruitment process.
