PESCO E-Bids for AAC Ant Conductor and 11kV Disc Insulators

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods under its planned procurement for financial year 2026–27. Reserved funds will cover eligible payments under the following contracts:

The procurement will follow the Single Stage–One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026, and applicable regulations, regulatory guides, procurement guidelines and instructions issued by the Authority.

Electronic bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications, quantities and requirements are available through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Each bid must be accompanied by the bid security amount required in the bidding documents. Bid security must be in the form of a Call at Deposit or bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of CEO PESCO, Peshawar. The original bid security, together with a covering letter, must be delivered in a sealed envelope to Room No. 311, MM Directorate, PESCO Headquarters, Shami Road, Peshawar, on or before the bid closing time. Failure to submit it by the deadline will result in the bid being treated as non-responsive and rejected.

Bids must be prepared according to the electronic bidding documents and submitted through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, November 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened through EPADS v2.0 on the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.

A Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified for this procurement under Rule 65 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2026. The notification is available on the PESCO and PPRA websites. Tender information is also available at www.pesco.com.pk and www.ppra.org.pk.
