MEPCO Tender 130/27 for Procurement of Stationery Items in Multan

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites electronic bids for the procurement of various stationery items under the Single Stage, Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules.

Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, eligibility criteria, and terms and conditions are available to registered bidders through EPADS V2.0 at www.epads.gov.pk. Interested bidders are requested to register on EPADS and submit their electronic bids through the platform.

Bids will be opened publicly at the scheduled date and time in the office of the Chief Engineer (T.S), MEPCO, Khanewal Road, Multan. Bidders or their representatives may attend.

The original bid security, for the fixed amount required by the bidding documents, must be submitted before the electronic bid submission deadline to the office of the Director Procurement Distribution, MEPCO, Khanewal Road, Multan. It must be enclosed in an envelope clearly marked with the tender number; otherwise, the bid will be rejected. A copy of the bid security must also be attached to the electronic bid.
