30 Corps Gujranwala Cantonment Quotations for Cattle Feed Ingredients

Headquarters Logistics 30 Corps, RV&FC Branch, Gujranwala Cantonment, invites quotations for the supply of cattle feed ingredients to military farms at Gujranwala, Sialkot, Kharian and Sargodha. Suppliers must quote rates per metric ton for the following requirements.

Quotations will be received on Tuesday, 24 November 2026, between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. at the RV&FC Branch, Headquarters Logistics 30 Corps, Gujranwala Cantonment. They will be opened at 11:30 a.m. the same day in the presence of suppliers or their representatives.

A bank call deposit receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the total quotation value must accompany the quotation. Unsuccessful bidders' CDRs will be returned. The successful supplier must provide a 3% performance guarantee. Registration with DGRV&F is required, and the supply commitment is for 90 days.

Suppliers must provide the composition and source of the ingredients and quote a separate rate for each ingredient. Packing and applicable taxes must be accounted for. Certification that the supplies are free from toxins is required; laboratory testing expenses will be borne by the supplier.

Attach NTN/STN details and a copy of the Active Taxpayer List record with the quotation. Quotations may be accepted or rejected under PPRA Rules 2004, Rule 42(c)(iv). Submit quotations in sealed envelopes by post, courier or hand delivery within the prescribed date and time. The notice is also available through PPRA.

If the proceedings cannot take place on 24 November 2026, they will be held on Monday, 30 November 2026. If they cannot take place on that date, the next scheduled date is Monday, 7 December 2026.
