Punjab Livestock Department Tender for 5,000–5,500 Litre Liquid Nitrogen Vertical Tank

The Livestock & Dairy Development Department (L&DD), Punjab, invites electronic bids from eligible bidders and authorized distributors registered on the E-Procurement System for the procurement of a liquid nitrogen vertical tank with a capacity of 5,000–5,500 litres.

A single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be adopted under Rule 38(2) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended from time to time.

Complete bidding documents, including terms and conditions, detailed specifications, technical proposal and financial proposal, can be downloaded free of charge from https://www.eproc.punjab.gov.pk, https://www.livestock.punjab.gov.pk and the E-Procurement System at https://www.ep.punjab.gov.pk.

Bid security must be deposited against a PSID (Payment Slip ID) generated through the E-Procurement System. A scanned copy of the deposit receipt or paid challan must be uploaded with the technical proposal on the E-Procurement System by the bid submission deadline.

Late bids and physically submitted bids will not be entertained. Bidders seeking clarification must upload their queries online through the portal. The tender was uploaded to the Punjab PPRA website on 26 October 2026 and is accessible through http://epr.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTenders.aspx.
