PCSIR Tender for Electrical and Mechanical Consumables and Probes

The Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (PCSIR), Ministry of Science and Technology, invites electronic bids for the supply of electrical and mechanical consumables and probes under the PSDP project titled “Development of Computer Controlled Fermenters and Production of Biochemicals & Bioproducts.” Procurement will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0), with reference P178263.

Eligible bidders include reputable, registered manufacturers, sole agents, authorized dealers, suppliers and government contractors registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayer List.

E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available to registered bidders through EPADS v2.0 at www.eprocure.gov.pk.

Submission deadline: Monday, November 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0. Bids will be opened through the same system on Monday, November 23, 2026, at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.

Earnest money for each lot must be deposited through a bank draft or call deposit from any scheduled bank in favor of the Project Director.

Delivery will be to PCSIR Laboratories Complex, Lahore, referred to as LLC, on an F.O.R. basis. PCSIR reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or proposals, or change the scope of work, in accordance with PPRA rules.

A Grievance Redressal Committee has been notified for this procurement under Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. A copy of the notification is available on the procuring agency’s website and the Authority’s website at www.ppra.org.pk.
