PTA Tender for Spam Protection Device with Licences for Employees

The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of a spam protection device with licences for PTA employees.

The procurement will follow the Single Stage–One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026, and applicable regulations, regulatory guides, procurement guidelines and instructions issued by the Authority. All bids must include a bid-securing declaration in the format prescribed in the bidding documents.

E-bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available to registered bidders through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 at the procurement opportunity page. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate.

Bids prepared according to the e-bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, November 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened through EPADS v2.0 on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
