Air University e-Tender for Library and Classroom Block Construction at H-11 Islamabad

Air University invites electronic bids from original contractors for the construction of a Library and Classroom Block at its H-11 Campus, Islamabad. Contractors must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-3 or above.

The e-bidding documents, including detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements, are available to registered bidders through EPADS at www.epads.gov.pk.

The Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure will apply. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by 11:00 AM on 23 November 2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.

The notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC), constituted under Rule 48 of the PPRA Rules, 2004, is available on EPADS.
