Excise and Taxation Department Islamabad Firm Pre-Qualification Notice 2026

The Government of Pakistan, Excise and Taxation Department, H-9, Islamabad, invites sealed technical bids for the pre-qualification of firms under an open framework. Eligible suppliers and contractors must have established state-of-the-art workshops in Islamabad with skilled manpower for supply, repair and maintenance services.

Earnest money must be furnished in the form of a pay order. Interested firms, companies and workshops must submit their profiles and consent for pre-qualification by 16 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m.

Applications must be prepared according to the instructions in the pre-qualification documents and submitted both manually and through EPADS 2.0 by Monday, 16 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Sealed profiles and technical bids, including manual and electronic applications, will be opened at the department's office on the same day at 11:45 a.m., in the presence of representatives of participating firms.

The pre-qualification process is open to firms that fulfil the eligibility requirements in the respective pre-qualification documents. Terms and conditions may be obtained from the office of the undersigned. Applicants may obtain further information from the Excise and Taxation Department ICT through EPADS 2.0 during office hours, and access the complete set of pre-qualification documents through EPADS.

The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any stage of the pre-qualification process in accordance with PPRA rules and regulations.
