National Defence University, Sector E-9, Islamabad, invites sealed tenders from registered contractors and firms for the supply of miscellaneous office, training and library items for the financial year 2026–2027.
The list of items and related details may be obtained from the undersigned during working hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., until 9 November 2026. The tender is also available on the PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk.

| Earnest money | Submit a bank draft or pay order equivalent to 2%, amounting to Rs. 20,000, in favour of B Division, National Defence University, Islamabad. |
| Tender fee | Submit a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000 through a pay order in favour of B Division, National Defence University, Islamabad. Offers without this fee will not be accepted. |
| Quoted rates | Rates must include GST and all other government taxes. |
| Tax status | The vendor must be an active taxpayer at the time of tender opening. |
| Registration | Interested vendors and firms must be registered and clearly write their registration number on the tender. |
| Supply obligation | The successful vendor must supply items of the same quality as the approved items to B Division, National Defence University, Islamabad, at the same price throughout the year. |
| Validity | The awarded or approved tender will remain effective until 30 June 2027. |
| Submission deadline | 25 November 2026, Wednesday, at 10:00 a.m. |
| Tender opening | Tenders will be opened the same day at the office of the undersigned, 30 minutes after the submission deadline, in the presence of bidders, under PPRA Rule 25(1) and (2). |
