NADRA Tender for Purchase of 370 Wheelchairs for Headquarters and Regional Offices

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders for the purchase of 370 wheelchairs for NADRA Headquarters and Regional Head Offices.

Tender number: NADRA-HQ-RFB-128/2026. EPADS reference: P189561, EPADS v2.0. Bidders must meet the eligibility requirements in the bidding documents, be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and appear on the Federal Board of Revenue’s Active Taxpayers List (ATL).

The procurement will follow the Single-Stage Two-Envelope method, with LCBS used for evaluation, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and applicable regulations, regulatory guides, procurement guidelines and instructions issued by the authority.

E-bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/189561. Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate.

Manual bids will not be accepted. NADRA reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 45 of PPRA 2026. The procuring agency will not be responsible for technical issues occurring in the EPADS bidder module; bidders are solely responsible for timely submission.
