The Collectorate of Customs (Airport), Islamabad invites reputable, experienced and financially sound firms and companies to apply for prequalification for repair and maintenance services during financial year 2026–27. Services will be required on an as-and-when-needed basis.

Office Furniture and FixturesRepair of cabinets, cupboards, tables, chairs and all kinds of office furniture.
MachineryRepair of scanners and similar machinery.
HardwareRepair of office hardware, conference-room multimedia systems used for online meetings, and all related hardware.
IT EquipmentRepair of IT equipment, modems, networking devices and all kinds of IT equipment.

Applications must be submitted electronically through the E-Procurement System (E-PADS 2.0). A hard copy of the prequalification documents must also be submitted to the Collectorate of Customs (Airport), Islamabad, following the single-stage, single-envelope bidding procedure. Office hours for submission on working days are 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, subject to the closing deadline.

Submission deadline: 20 November 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Collectorate of Customs (Airport), Islamabad. Applications/proposals will be opened at the same office on 20 November 2026 at 2:30 PM.
