Government College Women University Faisalabad Scrap and Equipment Auction – 19 November 2026

Government College Women University Faisalabad will hold a public auction of surplus paper, scrap and equipment on an as-is, where-is basis. The auction will take place at the university on Thursday, 19 November 2026, at 11:00 AM.

Security deposit: Interested bidders must submit PKR 20,000 before bidding through a bank draft in favour of Government College Women University Faisalabad. Unsuccessful bidders will receive their security deposits back after the auction concludes.

Payment and taxes: The successful bidder must pay 25% of the bid amount immediately on the auction day. The remaining 75% must be paid before taking possession of the goods, following approval by the competent authority. Applicable income tax must also be deposited under government rules.

Identification: Bidders must bring their original national identity cards and submit a copy of the successful bidder's identity card.

Inspection: The goods may be inspected on Wednesday, 18 November 2026, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Auction rules and conditions are available for inspection at the university.

Participation fee: A non-refundable fee of PKR 2,000 must be deposited through a CDR in favour of the university.

The auction committee reserves the right to reject bids. Goods will be sold to the highest bidder, subject to the bid meeting the assessed reserve value.
