MDA Public Notice for Commercial Plot 01 Layout Approval in Deh Malh, Malir Karachi

The Directorate of Town Planning, Malir Development Authority (MDA), invites public objections regarding approval of the proposed commercial layout plan for Plot No. 01 in Deh Malh, Tapo Darsano Chano, Taluka Murad Memon, District Malir, Karachi. Public Notice No. MDA/MPD/DEH-621/2026/472 is dated 5 November 2026.

The Additional Deputy Commissioner-I, District Malir, Karachi, has confirmed and forwarded the ownership title to the Director General, MDA, in favour of the following persons:

The ownership confirmation was forwarded through letter No. DC/Malir/K/Rev.Br/2183/2026 dated 28 October 2026, together with Mukhtiarkar, Taluka Murad Memon, District Malir, Karachi, letter No. Mukh/MM/Malir/K/1732/2026 dated 23 October 2026. The Assistant Commissioner, Sub-Division Murad Memon, District Malir, Karachi, forwarded the matter through letter No. AC/MM/Malir/K/750/2026 dated 23 October 2026 for approval of the layout plan from the planning point of view only.

This notice is issued under the Malir Development Authority Act 1993-94, the Revival and Amending Act 2013, KBTPR-2002 as amended, and Clause 15.5-2 of the Malir Development Authority Town Planning Regulations 2015.

Any concerned person or organization may submit objections directly to the Director General, MDA; Director (Estate & Enforcement); or Director, Town Planning Department, MDA, at G-4/B, Block-17, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, within seven working days from publication of this notice. Objections received after the deadline will not be entertained.
