MDA Public Notice for Commercial Layout Approval of Plot 06 in Deh Malh, Karachi

The Directorate of Town Planning, Malir Development Authority (MDA), invites public objections concerning approval of the proposed commercial layout plan for Plot No. 06, covering 762 square yards, with land measurement 00-06-36, bearing Survey No. 335/1/6 in Deh Malh, Tapo Darsano Chano, Taluka Murad Memon, District Malir, Karachi.

Notice No. MDA/MPD/DEH-617/2026/4 is dated 5 November 2026. The Additional Deputy Commissioner-I, District Malir, Karachi, has confirmed and forwarded ownership for approval of the proposed commercial layout plan to the Director General, MDA, in favour of the following parties:

The ownership confirmation was forwarded through letter No. DC/Malir/K/Rev.Br/2179/2026 dated 28 October 2026, along with the Mukhtiarkar, Taluka Murad Memon, District Malir, Karachi, letter No. Mu/M/M/Malir/K/1727/2026 dated 23 October 2026. The matter was duly forwarded by the Assistant Commissioner, Sub-Division Murad Memon, District Malir, Karachi, through letter No. AC/MM/Malir/K/745/2026 dated 23 October 2026, for approval of the layout plan from the planning point of view only.

The public notice is issued under the Malir Development Authority Act 1993-94, the Revival and Amending Act 2013, KBTPR 2002 as amended, and Clause 15.5-2 of the Malir Development Authority Town Planning Regulations 2015.

Concerned persons or organizations may submit objections directly to the Director General, MDA, the Director (Estate & Enforcement), or the Director, Town Planning Department, MDA, within seven working days from publication of this notice. Objections received after the deadline will not be entertained.
