Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (TCP), under the Government of Pakistan’s Ministry of Commerce, invites sealed bids for the export of 108,000 metric tons of white refined sugar imported in 2025 and held at TCP’s Pipri Godown, Karachi. The Federal Government has authorized the export. Tender reference: TCP/T&R/Sugar Export-02/2026, dated 6 November 2026.

International buyers, authorized representatives of foreign buyers, and exporters may participate through international competitive bidding under the single-stage, one-envelope procedure for the purchase of full or partial quantities.

Commodity	Imported bagged white refined sugar, medium and fine grain; year of manufacture: 2025.
Quantity	108,000 MT in total, with 96,000 MT fine grain and 11,086 MT medium grain.
Minimum lot size	Bids for any quantity will be accepted, subject to a minimum lot size of 10,000 MT for fine grain and 11,086 MT for medium grain.
Basis of sale	“As is, where is” basis, Ex-Works TCP Pipri Godown, Karachi.
Price quotation	Prices must be quoted in US dollars per MT only, Ex-Works.
Payment	Full advance payment in foreign currency into TCP’s designated bank account, or an irrevocable at-sight Letter of Credit, before issuance of the Delivery Order.
Bid validity	72 working hours from the bid submission deadline.
Stock inspection	Any working day from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Pipri Godown until the bid submission deadline.
Tender documents	Available free of cost on the PPRA and TCP websites.
Deadline for queries	Three days before the bid submission deadline.
Pre-bid meeting	11 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in the Board Room of TCP’s Principal Office, 4th Floor, Block B, Finance & Trade Center, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
Bid submission deadline	13 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at TCP’s Principal Office.
Bid opening	13 November 2026 at 11:30 a.m. at the same venue, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and deposited in the Tender Box at TCP’s Principal Office, 4th Floor, Block B, Finance & Trade Center, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. Bids sent by courier must arrive by the submission deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted, opened, or considered.

Parties that have previously failed to fulfill their contractual obligations with TCP are ineligible unless they clear their dues along with penalties or fulfill their contractual obligations in services and commodities with TCP, as applicable, before the tender opening date. Firms against which TCP has initiated blacklisting procedures are ineligible to participate.

Prospective bidders who wish to attend may participate in the pre-bid meeting. TCP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
