State Life Tender for HR Consulting, Executive Search and RPO Services

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites technical and financial bids from well-recognized human resource recruiting firms for executive search, headhunting and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services for its Principal Office in Karachi.

Tender reference: PO/CPD/HR&A/30/2026.

The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under PPRA rules through the Electronic Pakistan Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Participating firms must be registered with PPRA for electronic procurement on EPADS. The scope and service requirements are detailed in the tender documents.

Completed tenders must be submitted through EPADS before 11:00 a.m. on 23 November 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m.
