Pakistan Navy Contractor Prequalification for 180 Sq Yd Houses at PNWHS Bin Qasim, Karachi

Naval Headquarters Islamabad, Directorate of Pakistan Navy Welfare Housing Scheme, invites applications for prequalification of contractors for the construction of Category B residential houses measuring 180 square yards at Sector 4, Phase III, Pakistan Navy Welfare Housing Scheme (PNWHS), Bin Qasim, National Highway, Karachi.

Applications are invited from well-established, reputed and financially sound contractors or firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), holding a valid PEC licence for 2026–2027 in Category C-3 or above, and having relevant experience in successfully executing similar residential or housing projects.

Applicants must demonstrate successful completion of housing or residential construction projects of comparable nature and magnitude. They must also demonstrate adequate financial capacity, technical capability, construction resources, qualified technical staff, equipment and manpower for timely execution of the works.

Applicants must submit the following details:

• Ongoing and completed projects, including client names, contract values, scope of work, commencement and completion dates, and current status, together with completion or performance certificates.
• Financial standing, including annual turnover, a banker's certificate or bank statement, and other financial information.
• Technical personnel, construction equipment and other resources available to the firm for the proposed works.
• Any litigation, arbitration, terminated contracts, blacklisting, debarment or adverse performance involving any government, semi-government, autonomous or public-sector organization.

Firms or contractors furnishing false, misleading or materially incorrect information will be liable to disqualification at any stage of the process.
