Pakistan Navy Dockyard invites GST-registered firms to submit technical and commercial offers for communal uplift and upgradation works aboard PNS MOAWIN in accordance with marine standards.

JR Mess renovation	Assembly area flooring; replacement of defective cupboard locks; PVC flooring replacement in five messes.
JRDH renovation	Complete renovation and lamination of existing dining tables; premium tabletop lamination/Formica; renovation of 75–90 dining chairs; LED paneling; table gola and edge finishing; service area repair and maintenance; complete cleaning and final handover; complete JRDH lighting system renovation and upgradation.
POs lounge renovation	Complete dining table renovation and lamination; renewal of flooring; supply and installation of LED lighting fixtures; sofa cushioning; table gola and edge finishing; service area repair and maintenance; complete cleaning and final handover; complete JRDH lighting system renovation and upgradation.
Galley renovation	Cleaning and polishing of existing stainless-steel galley utensils, cupboards, cabinets and sink units; replacement of galley cupboard handles, locks and hinges; repair or replacement of the commercial heavy-duty refrigerator; new six-hotplate commercial stove; new galley boiler; new anti-skid galley tiles; complete cleaning and servicing of the existing exhaust system; supply and installation or upgradation of the galley lighting system; complete repair of general galley wear and tear.
Wardroom renovation	Wooden flooring with skirting; complete repair and upholstery of existing sofas and dining chairs; door polishing and refinishing; existing TV panel repair and table polishing; complete lighting system renovation and upgradation; painting or coloring of doors, door frames and wall panels; complete wear-and-tear repair and final renovation works.
HODs cabin renovation	Wooden flooring with skirting; polishing and refinishing of HOD room doors; existing sofa renovation and upholstery; renovation of HOD bathroom tiles; renewal of bathroom accessories.
Wardroom alleyway renovation	Alleyway wooden flooring; alleyway railing and corian covering; alleyway doors and associated woodwork and finishing.
VIP cabin renovation	VIP cabin door renovation, polishing and refinishing; buffing and polishing of VIP cabin items; replacement of washroom accessories.
Officer alleyway renovation	Floor matting in the alleyway and cabins; Gunrooms 3 ceiling replacement; lighting works.
VIP alleyway renovation	VIP alleyway false ceiling; renovation, polishing and refurbishing of VIP alleyway doors.

Offer submission: Submit technical and commercial offers separately in sealed envelopes to GM (ME SUR), PN Dockyard, by 11:30 a.m. on 27 November 2026.

Tender documents: Tender documents and technical details may be obtained from the GM (ME SUR) office at PN Dockyard, Karachi, between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., against a tender fee of Rs. 5,000. Telephone: 021-48508011.

Tender opening: 27 November 2026 at 12:00 noon.

Qualification and conditions: Offers will be considered on the basis of length of experience, including general and specific experience details, competitive cost and minimum job completion time. Firms must submit copies of NTN and GST certificates, together with ISO 9001:2015 certification, if any. Offers must remain valid for at least six months. A one-year warranty or guarantee is required after satisfactory completion of the job. Payment will be made after final acceptance trials.

The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or proposals at any time before acceptance. Any wrong or misleading information supplied by a firm or company will result in disqualification from competing for these projects. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without assigning a reason.
