Application procedure: Submit an application to the Office of Rice Canal Division Larkana, Irrigation Complex, VIP Road, Larkana, along with two passport-size photographs and attested copies of academic qualification certificates, CNIC, domicile, PRC and an experience certificate where required.
The application must include the post applied for, applicant's name, father's name, CNIC number, date of birth, educational qualification, district of domicile, postal address and mobile number. Applicants must sign and date the application and enter their name beneath the signature.
Quotas and age relaxation: Reservations apply for women at 15%, minorities at 5%, persons with disabilities at 5%, and transgender applicants at 0.5%, under government policy. General relaxation of five years in the upper age limit applies under the government policy and rules in force.
Applicants already serving in government must apply through their respective departments via the proper channel. Canvassing in any form or manner will disqualify a candidate. The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased, and candidates will have no right to challenge such changes.
Only eligible, shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview. The vacancies are initially temporary and will become permanent after completion of the probation period under the Sindh Civil Servants Appointment, Promotion and Transfer Rules, 1973. No TA/DA is admissible for attending the test or interview.
