MEPCO Tender 2026–27 for HT/LT Line Construction and Transformer Installation

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites electronic bids from approved firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for HT/LT construction works for 2026–27. Eligible firms must hold specialization codes EE-04, EE-05 and CE-10.

Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by 18 November 2025 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1:30 PM under the single-stage, single-envelope procedure. Manual bids will not be accepted.

Structure-installation packages include safe handling, transportation, shifting, erection, PCC foundations and earthing. Spun-pole packages include safe handling, transportation, shifting, erection and earthing. Line-stringing packages include transformer installation in accordance with WAPDA SDI.

Bidding documents for eligible contractors and firms may be downloaded free of charge from the PPRA EPADS v2.0 portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk.

Mandatory documentation includes satisfactory performance and completion certificates required by the tender documents, NTN/GST registration, valid PRA registration and valid PEC registration.

Bid security equal to 2% of the tender amount must be submitted as an original CDR with a valid validity limit. The original security must reach the office of the Project Director (Construction), MEPCO, New Regional Training Center, Multan, before the scheduled submission time of 11:00 AM. The contractor must upload a copy of the security with the bid through EPADS. Bids submitted without bid security will not be entertained.

The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, wholly or partly, without assigning any reason at any stage. The tendering process will be governed strictly by the PPRA Rules, as amended.
