Muhammad Rayyan’s Lost IBCC Equivalence Certificate Public Notice

Muhammad Rayyan, son of Aslam Mehmood, has reported the loss or misplacement of his original Equivalence Certificate issued by the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC). The certificate remains untraced despite efforts to locate it, and an application has been submitted to IBCC for issuance of a duplicate Equivalence Certificate.

The certificate details are: Certificate No. 214093; date of birth: 5 August 2008; date of issue: 11 June 2026; IBCC Reference No. IBCC/SB/UK/2026-00067607. The qualification is GCE O Level in Eight Required Subjects, with Cambridge International Education, UK, as the examining body.

If found, the original certificate may be considered cancelled and should be returned to Muhammad Rayyan or IBCC.
