MTI QHAMC Nowshera Pharmacy Shop Outsourcing Tender 2026–27

Medical Teaching Institution, Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex (MTI-QHAMC), Nowshera, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed tenders from eligible firms registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and with KPRA, for outsourcing its pharmacy shop for the financial year 2026–27.

The procurement is governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Act 2012 and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules 2014, with reference to Section 22A of the KPPRA Act 2012.

Bidding documents are available at www.qhamc.gov.pk. The terms and conditions in the bidding documents and the technical evaluation criteria for retail pharmacy shops form an integral part of the bidding requirements. Firms and contractors must follow the general terms and conditions prescribed by government and regulatory authorities and comply with all government rules and laws.

The CDR must be issued in the name of the Hospital Director, QHAMC-MTI Nowshera. The financial bid or offer must state the amount in words and figures on a duly signed and stamped letterhead. Cutting or handwriting on the tender will result in rejection. Ambiguous, overwritten or deficient tenders will not be accepted.

The entire tendering process will be conducted through EPADS. Bids submitted outside EPADS will not be accepted. Tenders must be uploaded to EPADS by 30 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM by the Purchase Committee in the conference room of QHAMC, Nowshera, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

All bids must be accompanied by a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2,000, payable in favour of the Hospital Director, MTI Nowshera, to the Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex Nowshera account at Bank of Khyber (BOK), branch code 5212, account number 3004412067.

False information in tender documents will lead to rejection of the tender and forfeiture of the firm's or contractor's bid security or earnest money. Further legal action may also be initiated. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Clause 47 of the KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014.
