Tasdeeq Information Services Limited Directors Election Notice 2026

Tasdeeq Information Services Limited notifies its shareholders under Section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017 that the following candidates have submitted notices of their intention to stand for election as directors and have been found eligible to contest the election at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM).

The EOGM will be held on November 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Royal Palm Golf and Country Club, 52 Canal Road, Lahore, and through a video-link facility.

As the number of eligible candidates does not exceed the number of directors fixed by the Board of Directors under Section 159(1) of the Companies Act, 2017, these candidates shall be deemed elected unopposed at the EOGM for a three-year term commencing November 17, 2026.

In compliance with Section 166 of the Companies Act, 2017 and the Companies (Manner and Selection of Independent Directors) Regulations, 2018, the company has, after exercising due diligence, selected Mr. Abid Sattar, Mr. Monis Ur Rahman and Mr. Sheikh Muhammad Iqbal from the independent directors' data bank maintained by the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance. This data bank contains the names, addresses and qualifications of persons eligible and willing to act as independent directors. Each selected appointee is a person of high repute and possesses sufficient experience to act as an independent director.
